Then and Now- Harasha

Hey guys! I finished my latest piece for Dynamite Cupcake Studios! The theme's simple: take a sketch or drawing from way back and either redesign it or make it look better! So here is my old piece dating pre-2007 to now! Tracking your progress as an artist is important and I'm no different either.

Watercolor!

Yup, I am jumping into the traditional areas again. Here is a little area that I did while waiting for kids to arrive for the Easter Egg Hunt. Enjoy!

Traditional Time!

These are but a few things I've done. One being My version of Nintendo's Mario®

I've also done a scene of a forest.

And sketches of Multiple versions of Me in different styles.
Both Mario and The Forest scene done in Prismacolor Colored Pencils and My self designs done in HB Graphite. (Forgive the picture quality. My sketchbook was too big for my scanner so I had to take snapshots of them)
Enjoy!

Knife girl.

After being stuck in rain for the past couple of days, I've been wanting to paint. Still nothing has stopped my drawing. This piece I have done with no reference and did it on the spur of the moment. It's Graphite on Sketch paper 18x24.
I know the focus was not the knife. However I didn't really know what she would be holding at first.

Gators.

I had this pic done last year in freshman intro to illustration. I am still quite proud of the detail of this illustration.
