For the first time in a long while (since high school) I started up again with my love for animation. It's been a while since I've animated traditionally, so I may be a bit rusty on my approach.

I've been working on two characters for the comic series: Ultra the Multi Alien and Rogue from X-Men.

I've hit a snag on Ultra so I am having to work on him further. Rogue however is done. Enjoy.

Digital Sculpting- Venom

So... suddenly I got the itch to start digitally sculpting again, luckily for me I'm relearning the old techniques from school so it's a great refresher.
I might start doing a series of bust sculpts to get used to the UI of ZBrush again. Here's to hoping I can finish it without crashes of any sort or issues.

School and Book Project!

So I've decided to go for my BFA in Animation at SCAD. I plan on setting up some things to solidify my position there. Also I now have the green light to begin work on a Children's Book Project which I will unveil as soon as it's published.
Voltron will not be recorded unfortunately, with all that's going on I'm going to have to finish it as is. But I will be posting the finished product as soon as it's finished.

More artwork is coming too. Currently updating my website for better flow, look forward to it!

So after seeing a demo of the new flow system and new set up of the interface I decided to take it for a test drive. I find this one particularly easier to handle than Painter 10 I have. So I made a test piece of a bear! It worked very well. Come check it out!

Alright. I had just received my critiques this week and they were all fair. For my advanced illustration class I had to do a fairytale. So I chose The Tortoise and the Hare.

As for my Zbrush class I learned a lot. understanding the tools. and dealing with certain issues that came with the program. I had fun doing this. I plan on making more during my off times. Despite the fact that my character's eyes were a bit bulging out of his head, I want to refine this craft a bit more. Enjoy!

So I had to venture out and find a book to redo. I found a children's book Called "The Rainy Day Fairy" By Brimax Publishing. I decided to make the Rainy Day Fairy about rainy days and the fairy who enjoys them. I still plan on pushing this a bit further even though this was the last project.. I am no graphic designer.. so I put up text until I can find a more appropriate one.
